Abdou Souleye DIOP is Partner of Mazars, international Audit and consulting firm present in more than 80 countries. He is the Managing Partner of Mazars Morocco and in charge of the development of activities in Africa. He has more than 25 years of experience in consulting and advisory across the African continent for governments (Burkina Faso, Comores, Mauritania, Burundi, Senegal, Madagascar…), public interest companies or large corporates (private or public large companies) and international donors on strategic subjects, sector reforms or development policies. He also accompanies numerous Moroccan companies in their development on the African continent such as banks (Attijariwafa Bank, Banque Populaire), insurance companies (RMA Assurance), Telecom companies (Maroc Telecom), industrials (Plastima), real estate companies (AGI, Palmeraie Holding)…

Abdou DIOP is also, since 2015, President of the African and South-South Commission in the Board of the Confédération Générale des Entreprises du Maroc-CGEM (General Confederation of Moroccan Companies) which is the Moroccan Private sector body.

He carries out several actions to strengthen cooperation between Morocco and African countries. In that position he has been involved in the different official Moroccan business trips in the continent since 2015.

Abdou DIOP is multilingual (French, English speaker). His expertise in many economic sectors is regularly requested (Telecoms, Infrastructure, Health, Agriculture, Finance, etc.) as well as
his knowledge of the African continent for providing insights through articles, publications or moderating and panelist services in forums or international conferences.
